I hope all will agree, tobe in the #hospital, either as a patient, family member, visitor, or a staff ; depending on situation can be a stressful experience,may be sometime frustated , have to go through different emotions :shock, sadness, hope, joy, sympathy,caring....If its an emergency /ICU , it will be more challenging, as you hardly get time to prepare mentally, emotionally or practically, besides that to ensure & manage the other daily chores.

In this digital era & globalisation, we expect healthcare facilities that offer high levels of service, exceptional quality, and conveniences.There is no doubt , the healthcare industry is also changing and exploring the potentials of digital technology, but still widespread adoption is possibly several years away.

Over an above, #Healthcare in India hardly have a standards based regulatory framework, which makes usage of technology completely based on individual hospital management and clinical discretion.

With limited healthcare resouces, Insurance penetration & Gov. contribution, patients & family members further have to go through the challenges while visiting the Hospital / Healthcare services first time like: Long ques and appointment schedules, Whearabouts ,Limited healthcare Information & transperancy on the treatment-(Testimonials, Credentials,etc),High medical expenses, Disengaged processes -Labs, #Pharma, Report, Accounts,..., & Connecting to relevant staff members, etc..
